Privacy and AI practice

Private by default

Your resumes, reviews, interview transcripts, and feedback are available only in your account. They are not shared with employers or displayed on the job board. You can download or delete them from your workspace.

How AI is used

When you request coaching, the relevant resume text, job description, or interview conversation is sent to Google Gemini. Voice practice sends microphone audio to Gemini; the AI interviewer’s generated audio is sent to Simli to animate its avatar. We do not record or store audio or video. Provider processing and retention policies also apply.

AI feedback is practice guidance, not verification of qualifications, an ATS score, or an employer hiring decision. Check suggestions against your actual experience before using them. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Storage and deletion

Original resume files are held in private cloud storage. Resume text and private results are encrypted in the application database. Content stays until you delete it. Deletion removes access immediately; any provider or infrastructure backup retention follows its configured policy.

Public job submissions

Approved submissions publish the company, position details, and application link you provide. Use an employer’s official application destination. Your private resume and interview history are never included.
